Enough parkingspace. Quiet location just outside city center. Well equiped kitchen with dish washer, fridge. Booklet with tips from the owner. Key in keybox with code, but you can always mail the owner with questions or problems.

Everything worked well and we (2 adults, 1 child) had 4 great days in Linz. We would definitely come back.
